For personal coaching, guidance and sessions:
By using our services, you are deemed to have acquiesced to the following:
1. Wehavetherighttoaddorchangeanyofthestipulationsofthetermsand conditions without returning back to the visitor of this web or the client and the stipulations will be published in our website / communicated to you before payment.
2. To subscribe for any of our trainings or sessions it has to be done through our website or through a third party application, e.g. Calendly.
3. Ifyousufferfromanybodyormentalillness,pleaseconsultyourdoctorbefore buying or attending our sessions
4. Theclient/sitevisitorhaslimitedrightstobenefitpersonallyfromthesessions and trainings , and has no right to sell , communicate to public , share them or any part of them with any other individual or corporation under any circumstances without the consent of the owner of website.
5. Afterbookingyoursessionandmakingthepaymentyouarenotpermittedto return back your money for that booking if you cancel your booking in less than 24 hours
6. Achievingthedesiredresultfromthesessions/trainingsissubjectiveand depends on each person , his background and circumstances, hence the client has no right to claim back the amount paid if he /she purport that he /she did not benefit.
7. Thecoachshallnotbeliableforanylosswhetherdirect,indirect,incidentalor consequential , arising out of the use of the website, the trainings provided or the sessions. The coach will not pay any damages whether for loss or injury, punitive or otherwise because of any such use.
8. Incasetheclient/visitorofwebsiteusethematerialofthewebsiteorany material provided by the owner in bad faith, the owner has the right to refrain from providing him/her with the services and take legal action against her /him
9. Thejurisdictionpertaininganylegaldisputesarisingouttheuseofcoach sessions / material is the UAE Courts.
10.Copy rights and trade mark of the contents of the sessions and materials of life scripting is reserved , you are not permitted to sell or communicate any part of it to any third party or use it for any commercial purposes.
11. The owner is a life coach who is entrusted with any information communicated to her by the client so the owner owes a duty of confidentiality to the clients in relations to the private and personal information provided which will not be shared to any third party under any circumstances.
For business coaching and sessions :

3. Thefeespersessionforthecorporateclientspertainingbusinessintuitive coaching are fixed which has to be paid upfront in full.
4. Afterbookingyoursessionandmakingthepaymentyouarenotpermittedto return back your money for that booking if you cancel your booking in less than 24 hours

Inprovidingcorporateintuitivecoaching,thecoachwillbeassistingyouwithher professional skill to the best of her abilities and knowledge.Achieving the desired result from the sessions is subjective and depends on the business, the changes in the market and other extrinsic circumstances and facts, hence:
a. theclienthasnorighttoclaimbacktheamountpaidifhe/shepurportthatthe business didn’t benefit or suffered loss .
b.Thecoachdoesn’tholdherselfasowingafiduciarydutyvisavisher business client who approaches her for the business intuitive coaching. Hence she doesn’t owe a duty of care to the business client under any circumstances. Hence the business client doesn’t have to rely on her advise to his detriment or to the detriment of his business.
c.The coach shall not be liable for any loss whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, or pure economic loss ,loss of business opportunities ,loss of future income ,or loss of capital assets or expenditure , arising out of your reliance upon the business intuitive consultation provided by the coach . The coach will not pay any damages whether for loss or injury, punitive or otherwise because of any such reliance.
