How does Distance Energy Healing work?

Energy follows intention.

When you join the experience, you consciously open yourself to receive the daily healing activations. You may choose to sit quietly during the healing each day or simply continue with your normal routine while remaining open to receiving. Every person experiences energy differently, and each journey is unique.

How does this work?

No live attendance is required.

This experience has two parts.

The first is the distance healing, where these energy activations are sent to you daily.

The second is your conscious participation, where you will be guided through simple visualisations, affirmations, and small aligned actions. These will be shared through daily emails starting August 30th.

Everyday from September 1–7, 2026 you’ll remotely receive the energy healing between 7am-7:30am Dubai time.

You can choose to sit quietly, meditate or go on with your day during that period. Either way it works! The healing allows you to receive wherever you are in the world. Each day you’ll receive guidance and practices by email to support your journey.
