By using our services, you are deemed to have acquiesced to the following:
- We have the right to add or change any of the stipulations of the terms and conditions without returning back to the visitor of this web or the client and the stipulations will be published in our website / communicated to you before payment.
- To subscribe for any of our trainings or sessions it has to be done through our website or through a third party application, e.g. Calendly.
- If you suffer from any body or mental illness , please consult your doctor before buying or attending our sessions
- The client / site visitor has limited rights to benefit personally from the sessions and trainings , and has no right to sell , communicate to public , share them or any part of them with any other individual or corporation under any circumstances without the consent of the owner of website.
- After booking your session and making the payment you are not permitted to return back your money for that booking if you cancel your booking in less than 24 hours
- Achieving the desired result from the sessions / trainings is subjective and depends on each person , his background and circumstances, hence the client has no right to claim back the amount paid if he /she purport that he /she did not benefit.
- The coach shall not be liable for any loss whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential , arising out of the use of the website, the trainings provided or the sessions. The coach will not pay any damages whether for loss or injury, punitive or otherwise because of any such use.
- In case the client /visitor of website use the material of the website or any material provided by the owner in bad faith, the owner has the right to refrain from providing him/her with the services and take legal action against her /him
- The jurisdiction pertaining any legal disputes arising out the use of coach sessions / material is the UAE Courts.
- Copy rights and trade mark of the contents of the sessions and materials of life scripting is reserved , you are not permitted to sell or communicate any part of it to any third party or use it for any commercial purposes.
- The owner is a life coach who is entrusted with any information communicated to her by the client so the owner owes a duty of confidentiality to the clients in relations to the private and personal information provided which will not be shared to any third party under any circumstances.
All Payments for products & services made through any of the payment methods such as bank transfer, online payments through 3rd Party Vendors, Cash, Cheque & Credit Card towards LIFE SCRIPTING FZE LLC (Registered Under the Free zone) are non refundable however will be returned back in LIFE SCRIPTING / MARIA LEONARD YAHYEYAN account, unless due to the following reasons:
- Death or major health reasons stated by the client due to hospitalisation where proof is required such as health reports and doctors notes. The final decision will be at the discretion of Life Scripting.
- All cancelations taking place 72 hours in advance are fully refundable. LIFE SCRIPTING reserves the right to discharge client from any sessions, workshops, events if they miss more than 2 appointments/consults, for failing to follow protocol recommendations.
- A course is cancelled by LIFE SCRIPTING upon which 100% refund/credit note is applicable via bank transfer.
