Will there be healing?
Yes. You will experience different forms of healing and energetic practices throughout the day, guided by Maria and the Life Scripting™ practitioners.
Do I need to participate in everything?
Participation is encouraged, but you should always honour your own comfort level. You are welcome to observe or take a moment for yourself whenever needed.
Do I need any previous experience with breathwork or energy healing?
No. All practices will be guided, and beginners are welcome.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes. Food and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
Will I receive anything to take home?
